Most of the psychological theories of alcoholism have been developed from observation of personality patterns of alcoholic patients. Male alcoholics with cormobid antisocial personality disorder ofen manifest an earlier onset of alcohol dependence. The authors experienced a case of alcohol dependence with anti-social personality disorder who showed early onset conduct disorders assocated with drinking and with the strong evidence of three generation family history.
